Q.Is CookedAI free to use?
CookedAI offers free analyses with a daily quota and a CookedAI Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited analyses, follow-up conversations, and the full set of advanced features. You can see current pricing in the app.
Q.How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find CookedAI in the list and tap Cancel.
Q.Where does the AI analysis come from? Is it being trained on my chats?
CookedAI uses OpenAI's API to generate responses. The contents of your screenshots and prompts are sent to OpenAI for the sole purpose of producing your response. We do not enable any model training, and OpenAI does not train on API content by default.
Q.How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from inside the app under Settings → Account. You can also email dapsdev.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
Q.The app is crashing or feels stuck.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If it keeps happening, check that you're on the latest version from the App Store. If the issue continues, email dapsdev.support@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and a brief description of what you were doing.
Q.I'm in a serious situation. Should I trust this app?
No app is a substitute for a real conversation with a qualified professional. CookedAI is meant to help you reflect; it is not a therapist, a lawyer, or an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
